Informal Resolution Procedure
We do recommend that you try to resolve your concern informally first; that is usually the most expedient way to address any issue. 如果直接对话对你来说是不可能或不可接受的——出于任何原因——或者你已经尝试过谈论这个问题，但结果却不令人满意, 考虑联系教职员的主管或教职员的系主任，讨论并解决这个问题.
Formal Resolution Procedure

- The university policy or procedure that was violated
- The specific remedy you are seeking
Once you submit a complaint, here's what happens.
1级
Absent extraordinary circumstances, 的人, normally a dean or director, to whom the complaint has been submitted, 进行, within seven business days of receiving the complaint, a formal conference with the student, 允许她或他提供任何必要的有关资料. 院长或主任与其他相关人员协商，并在他或她认为必要时进行额外的调查.
